The hotel is beautiful, a thoughtful mix of modern comfort and classic design set inside a historic building. Its location is ideal, just a short walk from the Art Institute of Chicago and Millennium Park. The staff is truly exceptional. Beverly, and the rest of the team are an essential part of the hotel’s charm, making the stay feel both welcoming and personal. Enrique’s professionalism can’t be overstated. He helped make our first visit to Chicago an unforgettable experience. There was a billing discrepancy, some sort of hiccup with Expedia and the hotel, but thanks to Victor it was addressed promptly and resolved to our satisfaction.

From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The two employees at the front desk (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch their names!) were friendly, answered all our questions, and got us checked in quickly. They even shared a great local tip for deep dish pizza—which was perfect since one of us had never been to Chicago before! Throughout our stay, we were greeted warmly each time we entered or left the hotel, and the staff was always ready to help with anything we needed. We also had a wonderful experience at the bar in the evening—the bartender was friendly, conversational, and made excellent drinks. The next morning, checking our bags was quick and easy, and when it came time to check out, we had a fun little chat about lafufus that honestly made our stay even more memorable. Overall, the staff made us feel truly cared for and added so much warmth to our trip. Thank you for such a great experience!

During my stay it was very quiet, I very much appreciated that. A coffee maker in the room would have been smashing. I have to say though the coffee in the lobby was shockingly good. I did not expect that at all, really good coffee. I also enjoyed the breakfast allthough the TVs at the tables were somewhat irritating. I liked the hotel a lot and the staff I met was always nice and friendly or professional. The location is great with the Millennial Park just around the corner.

I had an amazing six-night stay here! The location couldn’t have been better — it’s within walking distance to incredible attractions like Cloud Gate, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Magnificent Mile. A very special thank you to Beverly at the front desk for her warm greetings every day and for going above and beyond to patiently assist us with all of our questions. Her kindness truly made our stay even more memorable. If ever head to Chicago, will big absolutely choose it again. Incredible value, fantastic location, and outstanding service — highly recommended!

It's located downtown. Building going under some renovations now. But overall I would highly recommend. Staff is exceptional. Young white concierge girl was so caring and thoughtful towards me and my mother who arrived early to check in time. She was able to accommodate our needs to stay safe and warm. The valet guy who was also very friendly. We ate at the bar one night and the food was bomb. Our waitress was very nice. Im giving 4stars only because of the location. Im not a city person. The silversmith is at a great location for all night time activities and is situated 10mn even 5mn walking distance from the illusion museum and many restaurants. You will not regret your stay there. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Chicago and staying here was great. It’s close to Millennium Park, Target, restaurants, and other hot spots allowing us to be able to see new places while not going too far from our hotel. Our room was spacious, had a fridge, a coffee maker, drawers, and a desk. Very convenient when we had leftovers that we wanted to save.

We enjoyed our stay here. While right next to the train, I could not hear it from our room on the fourth floor. We needed a pack n play for our 8 month old, and they provided one with clean sheets. The room was spacious and clean. The free drink tickets were a lovely surprise! The front desk clerks were always so kind and eager to help. The provided great recommendations. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again next time in Chicago. Spacious room and a very comfy bed. Very convenient location to see the major Chicago attractions. Exceptional service from everyone. Victor at the front desk was great. We also really enjoyed Manuel at the bar. Felt like it was a good value. Didn’t try to nickel and dime you like some higher end hotels. (Fridges in room, high quality free coffee in lobby, free water bottles, a free drink ticket each day, 12pm check out, etc).
